Sun protection

Some final advice

Here is a list of advice that you might find helpful when you want to sunbathe:

  1. Children under three years old should not be exposed to the sun.
  2. Avoid the middle part of the day (from 12 noon to 4 in the afternoon).
  3. It is advisable to use the appropriate cream for your skin.
  4. It's good to protect your head with a hat or cap and your body with clothes to ward off the sun's rays.
  5. Drink lots of water.

If you see a strange reaction on your skin, don't hesitate to visit your doctor or pharmacist.
